建築付款經批准後,銀行會根據建設階段發放款項,通常分為五至六個階段:

  2. 框架階段(Frame Stage):用於建造房屋框架,包括砌磚、屋頂、桁架和窗戶安裝。

  3. 鎖定階段(Lockup):用於安裝外牆及室內窗戶和門。

  4. 裝修和固定階段(Fixout or Fixing):用於安裝內部配件和固定設施,包括石膏板、廚櫃、管道和電力設施。
